1. Overview

Home Publication (homepublication.in) is a digital editorial platform covering architecture, interiors, and design-led living. These terms govern your use of our website and services, including studio registration for editorial consideration.

2. Studio Registration

Registration provides your studio with the ability to submit projects for editorial consideration across Home Publication platforms. Registration is per studio or firm, not per individual project. Two plans are available: Half-Yearly (6 months) and Annual (12 months).

3. Editorial Independence

Registration places your studio in our editorial consideration set. It does not guarantee publication or feature coverage. Our editorial team independently reviews all submissions and selects projects based on design quality, photography, and editorial fit. Home Publication maintains complete editorial independence in all publishing decisions.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is required at the time of registration. Your registration period begins from the date of successful payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on Home Publication — including text, photographs, design, and branding — is the property of Home Publication or its respective creators. By submitting projects for editorial consideration, you grant Home Publication the right to use submitted images and project details for editorial purposes across our platforms.

6. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, studio name, city) solely for the purpose of managing your registration and communicating with you about editorial matters. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Modifications

Home Publication reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
